General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services, offers, and contracts provided by Backpack Wander GmbH (hereinafter "the Provider") specifically under the brand "Pipeline Quality".

The Provider offers specialized technical and engineering services, including: - Technical consultancy and engineering support. - QA/QC documentation and inspection services. - Project-related remote and on-site support. - Provision of technical digital products and online offerings.

The sole contractual partner is Backpack Wander GmbH, Kolonnenstrasse 8, 10827 Berlin, Managing Director: Biljana Habel, M.Sc.

- The Provider is liable for intent and gross negligence. - For slight negligence, the Provider is only liable in the event of a breach of an essential contractual obligation (cardinal obligation). In such cases, liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. - Liability for injury to life, body or health remains unaffected. - The Provider provides services based on the current state of technology.

For the purchase of digital products or technical templates, the right of withdrawal expires once the performance of the contract has begun with the consumer's prior express consent.

- The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. - Place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany.
